Governing access to and use of the ACI platform

By accessing this output, the recipient acknowledges that:

(a) ACI outputs do not constitute investment advice or a basis for investment decisions; (b) any investment decision is made independently by the recipient or in consultation with a licensed financial adviser; (c) the recipient is a professional or institutional user capable of independently evaluating quantitative analytics outputs.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ACI's aggregate liability arising from or in connection with any output, analysis, or service shall not exceed the fees paid by the relevant user in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ACI shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from reliance on ACI outputs in contravention of these terms.

This service is not directed at persons in any jurisdiction where its use would require regulatory authorisation or would otherwise be unlawful.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of ACI outputs complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional requirements in their jurisdiction. Where local law requires that investment decisions be made only on the basis of advice from an authorised person, this output does not satisfy that requirement.
