How It Works
Five sections:
1. Scoring Weights — per-module criteria with CRO approval dates

3. Backtest Results — confusion matrix (38 failures + 32 controls)
4. Default Proxy — score-to-impairment rates by band
5. Interactive Calculator — enter values, see score computed live
